How does the 7-day free trial work?
Choose a plan and add a card. Nothing is charged while the trial runs and you get full access. We email you a few days before it ends, so you can decide in good time. Cancel from your dashboard before it ends and you pay nothing; otherwise your plan starts and you're billed for the period you chose. Pick yearly or 24 months and we add an extra month free, so the trial runs 37 days before the first payment. The free trial is for new customers, once per account.
Is there a free plan?
No, but every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access, so you can take real bookings before paying anything.
Do my customers pay through Slotwise?
No. Slotwise shows your prices so customers know what to expect, but you take payment the way you do now. There are no booking fees or commissions.
Do I save by paying yearly?
Yes, twice over. Yearly saves about 15% against monthly (24 months saves about 30%), and you get an extra month free on top, so a yearly plan gives you 13 months for the price of 12. The savings for each plan are shown when you pick Yearly or 24 months above.
Can customers cancel or reschedule?
Every confirmation and reminder email has a cancel link, and a cancelled slot opens up again straight away. To reschedule, customers simply cancel and book a new time.
How do reminders work?
About 24 hours before each appointment we email the customer a reminder with the service, staff member, time and a cancel link. Confirmation emails go out the moment they book.
What if I have staff with different hours?
Each staff member has their own weekly hours, including split shifts and different days. You can also import a staff member's personal calendar to block out their busy times.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard in one click. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're never charged again; during a trial that means access until the trial ends, with no charge. After that your bookings and settings stay, and you can sign in and restart a plan whenever you like. To switch plans, email admin@wiseparadox.com and we'll move you over.
